Unfortunately,Vich? can't be adopted from another town.She can only be obtained by scanning the Marie Amiibo figure.The actual figure is kind of expensive now but you might be able to get a cheaper,homemade Marie card on Etsy or eBay.

Hi, Cece and Viche are both amiibo inky villagers, meaning you can't get them from another town. The only legit way would be if you scanned them in yourself.
