Villager AI glitch in house?

I've seen the glitch where villagers continually start/stop singing, but this seems to be completely unrelated and I have no idea what might've caused it.

Not only is Kiki stuck in an animation loop of looking side to side, but neither of them moved throughout the duration of my visit (aside from when I shoved them.) When I arrived they were standing perfectly aligned in the doorway and I had to push through them to get in. After leaving and re-entering they went back to normal, walking around the house as usual.

Yeah, I had also a weird glitch. Sprinkle was changing here clothes back and forth, like she was trapped in some loop and only stopped, when I was near her. Then she requested a fish.
