Alright, I have a question.
From what I understand you can have up to 10 villagers living in your town. If I do not currently have the campsite built yet, is it possible for me to recruit the 10th villager from someone's town still?
you can still get a villager by asking them to move over from someone's town, and you can also get a 10th via streetpass or playing with someone who has a villager in boxes already
