Villager susgestions?

(Please excuse my aweful grammar and spelling. my phone's key board is a bit laggy..

on my side island I have all the villagers I could want, however I still have one spot left

Currently its filled by Marshal, but I have him on my main island, so Id like to replace him. But I've been thinking, and cant really come to to a conclusive choice..

I currently have Freya, Shino, Ken, Lone, Zell, Dom, Judy, puurl, Francine (might change), but Im notsure about who would work

My cannon is that my character lives with mainly animals who care about appearence, and such. He himself is not that, and doesnt exactly wear fashinoble clothing, I set him as a castaway mainly.

Normal wouldn't be aweful either. Im not sure about peppy, and im not a huge fan of sisterly. Id prefer female, since my other island is only male villagers.

I love squirrels, so i was thinking of Blaire since her colors kinda blend in my friend susgested Olivia because of Purrl. Then normal i was thinking Molly, lily, Maple, Lolly, then fauna because of Shino. Then squirrel wise Sylvana, Sally, Poppy

Im not quite sure, so i was hoping for some advice? Its susposed to be my choice, but Im kinda at a loss.

I know you said its your choice, but my advice, you should pick out which of villager of a personality that best suits you. Like Normal is just well someone that is just neutral about everything and is usually shy and Snooty is one that likes to be a show off with makeup and fashion. For me personally I would pick Normal because I am an introvert and I am neutral with almost everything. At the end of the day its up to you to decide on what personality of the villagers best suits you.

Well another thing is what is your favorite color and do you share the same common interests as the villagers you have listed. For me I prefer to pick villagers that are the color blue because its always been my favorite color and as for home interiors I would go for ones who have a realistic home feeling to it. This is just another suggestion from me.

My advice is to just try those you like, and to not accept anything you don't love.

In my experience, having a villager I like is more important than personality.
And design changes how I view a personality.

Like I have sandy on my island right now and she's a normal. But I take her dialogue as more like a sisterly villager because of her design.
I never viewed normal dialogue as sweet until I got Megan. From anyone other than Megan it's just boring.

Snooty dialogue I only like coming from timbra.
Otherwise it sucks.
But from her it's great.

So really, I can only say to try those you like and see.
Because otherwise you'll never know

Hm, I was thinking about color wise, but regarding my main island its a massive verity. but the reason behind I chose all those specific ones is more because of a reason, then appearence

Im curious what villagers you have, if their mainly blue,there are alot of great blue villagers after all.

Yeah that's very true,

I did pick all of my villagers for a reason, or such.

One reason i was thinking about lily or Maple is because I have them on pocket camp, and have never changed them out, because i adore them. Pondering olivia because of how wenjoy having her on my island diring cycles

So a few of them have reasons. Others Im taking from susgestions by friends. My main island all of the villagers have reasons behind why i picked them. not by appearence.

Personality wise, Smug defently is my favorite, but I want mainly female so its hard to go by that. at least i have Ken and Zell though.

But again, very good point
