Villagers asking 4 bridges?

So I demolished a bridge in hopes that it will higher the chance, of them asking me for a bridge...orrr does it not matter? lol could I have 3 bridges and it will still be the same percentage of a chance?

No, you must have less than 3 bridges to get bridge suggestions.
