Villagers based on specific real world animals

So obviously all of the villagers are based on animals, but what I'm interested in here is compiling a list of villagers who are inspired by specific real world animals, ie. Gladys is an "ostrich" but her design is inspired by the Japanese white crane (Grus japonensis). I'll add to this little by little, feel free to add suggestions. Bonus points for latin names. Also, if I list a villager as one species and you think they're another, go ahead and comment that.

Julia = Peafowl male(!) (Pavo cristatus)
Phil = Pheasant (Phasianus colchicus)?
Phoebe = Phoenix mythological bird
Queenie = Emu (Dromaius novaehollandiae ) (her name may be a reference to Queensland, a state in Australia, where emus, a species of bird in the same infraclass as ostriches, can be found. - Wiki )
Sandy = Ostrich (Struthio camelus) (she is the only villager who is clearly based on an true ostrich)
Sprocket = Ostrich Robot LOL

I just checked the wiki and they say Blanche may recall a Oriental white stork (Ciconia boyciana).
