Hey everyone!

So since i am giving my villagers not too much chat time lately they are moving out, then one moves in! Right on my flowers and overlapping my pathways! Does one of you players know a way to quickly fix this up, not letting the villagers move out but i mean how do i make it a bit more neat instead of just leaving it.

I dont think there's really any way around this. You have to talk to all your villagers everyday and see if anyone tells a rumor of someone moving out. If so, and you want to keep them, wait for them to ping you about moving out. Then once you say "dont go," and stopped them from moving out. I think some people said that after you stop them from moving it wont be until a week later until the next move out ping but I rather just be safe than sorry.

I think you might be thinking about plot resetting?
Choosing what spot they move into?
It's very time consuming and I think difficult.
Feel free to google it if you're interested/curious for I don't do it myself.

As for moving, I have some villagers who don't want to ping so I use the Diving trick. Well, it's enough to go in the water and stay put for 5 minutes. Usually the first or second villager will ping you. You might want to keep doing this a few times with all of them, because I've been pinged by a villager for something unrelated and later they pinged me again to ask about the move.

If you want to fix up dirt spots they leave, it takes about 4-5 weeks for grass to grow back, try not to step on them. Maybe plant a shrub or tree, or a few flowers there. Animals stepping on it won't do harm.

Oh i have heard of the diving tric! I used that same tric to get public works projects! I have a lot of them because of that, not all though...
