Uh it was just the first offer I got that set the price I guess, as for the last thread, it was pulled for an offsite offer but I canceled the offsite one.

The offer for 1,000,000 + 20NMT is still valid though

In case someone is not aware, Nintendo online services are currently down so we can't visit other islands, the auction was due to end today but I can keep my island on the current day to keep vivian in boxes until they resume services
