Over here in Duluth there's this pawn shop thingy where they have an SNES. Here are teh stats -

SNES - $30, four controllers (only two can be in the system at the same time; there are two extras, just in case), all connectors present, system has yellowed (a side effect of old age), no games.

I'm going for this deal, most likely, and then gettin' games off of garage sales and the like.

(laughs at Darth and PKMN)

Nice.. Now you know how I felt when I got my Sega Genesis for like, 15 bucks, plus 5 games, plus 3 controllers.

:)

Wait, this was false advertising.

It's actually $80, but awesome condition system, two controllers, and Super Mario World. They also have games for $4-$10 each... Should I go with this?

MEh I guess so. It's pretty hard to find a Snes so yea and Super Mario World is a nesicity to the Snes.

Ehh...unless you want the real deal of retro playing the games, then I would probably wait until Nintendo gets the Virtual console. Because, from what I've heard, they're going to have a wide selection of SNES games, and you'll play it on your new Wii. But, that's my opinion.

$80? No way... complete waste of money.

You definatly need to get Super Mario World if you don't already have it.

Smart, are you serious? VC is just going to be a "full demo" of the game. You don't get to use the controller, have the system, and have the memories.

(laughs back at Bul, you still didn't have one growing up

:D eh, who cares you're getting a SNES

:D (that'll be your one good memory of Duluth :p)

*Missed Them on the Original Systems*

Yeah...this is a chance for those of us that missed those to get a second chance at it without going halfway around the world looking for these things.
