"WARNING" ???

Could someone please tell me what this warning means that is on my profile:

"Warning: Only variables should be passed by reference in ..../editpost.php on line 323"

What do I need to do?

That's a PHP warning on the server side of things. Nothing you can do about it, but there's no real need to be concerned about it anyway unless you encounter an issue outside just seeing the warning, in which case please PM me so I can look into it for you.
