We need foreign language sub-forums

Yeah I said that with a lot less conviction than Tye did with the Pokemon idea...

Before anyone flames me saying that where they come from, English is a foreign language... let's just say for argument's sake that English is the native tongue of The Bell Tree. Anyway, this idea comes partly from xYoh's mention of wanting a Latin American group, and partly from Hobo's irritating insistence of posting stuff in German lately. *shrug* I don't know why he's suddenly a Nazi zombie, maybe too much Call of Duty World at War.

My own annoyance aside, it might be a good idea to have foreign language sub-forums on here. Maybe figure out the top three languages spoken besides English, and have a sub forum for each one (probably Spanish, French, and German, but who knows).

Upside: The main forums could be English only, users who are more comfortable with other languages and are having trouble phrasing a question or concern in English could simply post in their native tongue on the sub-forum, and online gatherings could take place between people who speak languages other than English

Downside: You'd probably need a mod for each of the foreign languages
