i think the rainy days is mild maybe heavier rainy days could be possible with some thundering without lightning hitting the island we're still able to see it on the other islands we see far out in the distance
i also think isabelle should tell us the potential weather could be later on the day through the week it would be nice to hear isabelle say: with todays weather would be cloudy with some potential of light rain so maybe bring out your coat or an umbrella
and with tomorrows weather we'll see some rain for the entire day

wouldn't it be nice for her to tell us weather aswell than todays news?

Isabelle was basically your secretary. You were the mayor in New Leaf. Isabelle helped you with tutorials.

It’s very different than New Horizons. A few notable differences are that you can’t place furniture outside, you cannot terraform, and villagers don’t ask you before moving. There is always a chance they will move without your permission.

I think this feature still exists in NH but I don't have a tv on in my house atm since it's an underwater theme so haven't checked personally, but as in past games, you can turn on the tv for the weather forecast after the news and check for the weather next day. It's on several times at 6:15 a.m, 7:45 a.m, 11:45 a.m 6:45 p.m & 10: 45 p.m. If you see the sun icon, then it'll be generally sunny, lightning for storm, etc.

Obviously this is only a general weather condition, it won't tell you what time it'll rain, but it will give you a rough idea on what to expect the next day.

Many ppl use the MeteoNook app in NH nowadays for a more accurate weather reading by the hour and minutes (mostly to find out times of shooting stars) so you can decide which option is better for you!

this is personally a feature that i’m okay without, but i definitely wouldn’t be opposed to it either! it’d be nice for her to have something useful to say in place of her telling us about a missing sock or what she’s watched on tv lol. ^^

yeah it would be nice she reports the weather than telling us about what she watched or clothe or about stars

I thought that too - why not have Isabelle give today and/or tomorrow's weather, instead of her sock misadventures. Maybe she could also announce who was visiting that day (Flick, Saharah) etc so you know who you're looking for if you don't spot them straight away.
