Web page not loading properly & unable to contact staff

When I visit Bell Tree Forums, it comes up with a bare bone looking design, rather than it's traditional look. It makes it confusing and difficult to navigate through the website, and some features are missing for me.

I'm also unable to contact staff through normal methods, I get a message saying "Invalid Category ID" when I try to preview the post in contact staff.

This has been going on for a few hours now, and refreshing the page does nothing. There's no option to fix this issue at the bottom of the page.

This is the "Default Mobile Style" forum style. You can change it back to the "Bell Tree" style at the bottom left of the page. If I change to the mobile style on my PC I also get this error when visiting the main page.

Edit: Sorry, I overread the part that you can't change it initially. I switched again and it threw an error at me and it gave me the mobile style without the usual change option. Clicking "Full Site" at the middle bottom reverted it this time.
