Is it possible to travel back in time (time travel) and do the June Wedding event later? I'm so busy this month.

Yep! I believe you can; you just can’t tt forward to the next year’s since it probably will be time locked. I just recently asked a question about replaying museum day since I didn’t get to do it as much as I wanted to.
