weird noise

i hear a weird noise if im in a specific spot in my game. i had it earlier today and right now im on a bridge and it's going off. it sounds like an alarm and when i look in the sky, nothing's there.

what is this?

The other day, I was tryong to get Resetti mad (I like to do that XD) and then I talked to Rhonda, and I heard the alarm sound, and instead of saying "Bigfoot" or someting, she said "itchy itch." But then I reset the game and Resetti came XD

Go closer to the noise, and look carefully at your neighbor, a black bug will jump off of it while making that noise,

That's how you catch a flea in the game.
