I joined as I've recently acquired a 3DS with Animal Crossing. So far it's been a very enjoyable game, but literally nobody I know has a 3DS (Let alone plays AC)
I'm more of a casual gamer, though I do spend an awful lot of time on video games. Mainly AC:NL, Super Mario 3D land, Mario Kart 7, and Osu.
I don't really have any "real" hobbies, as I like to do a little bit of everything at random. I like to learn about programming and languages, read, cook, listen to music, watch YouTube, browse the web, and play video games.
I'm not the most interesting person in the world, so yeah...
