Personally, i didnt like the trailer and the only reason i plan yo watch it is because of the hype.

I guess I'll watch it.
I finished the whole series just recently and liked it, so I guess I'll see how this is too.
Seems to have a different feel so I don't know how much I'll like it.

I’ve never really gotten into Black Mirror, so I don’t think I’ll be watching this movie.

Wait is this the CYOA one? If not, this is the first I’m hearing about any movie. I actually didn’t even know the CYOA one was considered a movie.

I’ve only ever seen San Junipero, so and I don’t really keep up with the series. I’ve been meaning to watch more episodes; it just hasn’t happened yet lol.

I lovelovelove the Black Mirror series, it?s one of my favorites besides American Horror Story.
My boyfriend and I were really excited when we heard about the movie. We planned to watch it as a date night for us.
The choose your own story aspect was.. different! but it turned out to be pretty fun and we enjoyed doing it.
The plot of the movie itself wasn?t bad. Not the best, but we did like it. There were a few ?joke paths? that I think were a genius addition. They had us DYING from laughter.
I will admit, towards the ending it got a bit frustrating. To get all the different paths the movie forces you to go back and re-watch scenes you already did so that you can choose another action. We didn?t like this and ended up turning off the movie instead of trying to get to every ending.
Overall it was enjoyable and I do recommend it! I definitely think it will be better if you watch it with another person, though. I feel like the choose your own story aspect won?t be as good if you?re alone..? (That might just be me tho idk)
I hope we get more Black Mirror movies soon. I would prefer if most of them were just regular movies, though ;)

Huuuuge fan of Black Mirror -- Bandersnatch kind of let me down. Don't get me wrong, I loved the idea that they were trying something unique, but it just ended up lasting forever for me - people say they watched it in like 40mins but it took me 2hrs+ to watch all the outcomes and it became a bit of chore after a while, esp if you get stuck in the same loop pressing options just to see the ending to be taken back then to watch another one.

Storyline and acting was great as ever though, don't think i'll be watching it again any time soon.

I love Black Mirror, but was a little disappointed by Bandersnatch tbh. There's only so much you can do with a choose-your-own-adventure concept, and I feel like Black Mirror didn't even do anything new with it.
It's really a collection of concepts and ideas thrown together. All the exposition is simply told to the viewer in once scene, and after that it's so on the nose at you how there's multiple realities, so therefore nothing matters. You're not in control, so therefore it's not a CYOA anymore.
I admire the effort of trying something new, but story-wise it's not that great at all. To me, at least.

I didn't really like it - too meta for the sake of it (I guess what can you expect from Black Mirror). I also felt they gave away the 'twist' too early if you accept the job first time. It reminded me of the frustration of a Telltale Game having branching choices that lead to the same outcome, except that was the whole point!

My boyfriend and I watched it, it was okay. I thought it was interesting and we went through all of the options but it ended up taking forever. I kind of wish there were better outcomes because they all kind of seemed pretty similar, but we had a good time watching it I saw a twitter post about it that asked if you picked up the photo twice because apparently something else happens but at that point we had already watched it so we were kinda just "eh" about it. I love the black mirror series though.

Well, it got me into Black Mirror, so I can't hate on it. But after binging the rest of the series it doesn't really fit in with the rest of the episodes. It's a fun concept and a decent story, but not very Black Mirror-esque in my opinion. It's definitely one of the best FMV games in recent years, so I think that Late Shift was much more engaging. ;-D
