Here's couple quick ideas/suggestions! How I'd draw it on the left, a couple of changes made to yours in red on the right c:
My few tips are:
- maybe make the head more circular, and just less flat overall?
- make the body slightly larger
- keep the hair closer to the face, and not have it "poof" out so much
Keep in mind, with all these tips, that I have certain preferences for how I draw! My style is different from yours, and so not everything I suggest will look great in your style! There's no need to follow my guidelines exactly if you don't want to.
Other than that, this looks really nice~! I like the way you draw eyes a lot <3 Keep up the good work!

Heres a few things I found could use some work on.
-The face is a bit squished. Maybe make it more round?
-Joining the neck with the face works only in certain styles, and this isn't one of them.
-The hair is goes too much away from the face.
So far it looks really cute! Can't wait to see it once it's colored :3

OK so:
-You need to clean up the lineart a bit.
-The hair color and skin color are a bit too similar.
-Color on the layer below the lineart.
-You need to detail the eyes a bit more, considering that it's the highlight of the face.
You can also add a bit of shading (if you want to). Overall though, I think it looks quite nice o3o
