What do you want the transportation to be?

I think it would be cool to travel on a plane finally. Or a hot air ballon like josh mentioned in his make believe.

If it is a train again I want the old style train back.

Hot air balloon sounds really cool. I'm not really interested in super urban things like plane or subway - doesn't really fit with the Animal Crossing vibe in my opinion.

I think in all honesty with how much they've pushed RV's/Campers in the New Leaf update and in Pocket Camp, it'll be that. I hope not though, I'm so tired of the camping theme and would like to get away with it. I like the hot air balloon idea personally.

Given the game's origin in Japan and the forest representing the countryside, bus or train is more expected. And I personally love the train. Of course, that doesn't mean that they can't change things up. First arrival should definitely be by train or bus, though having another option of travel would be fun depending on what they add.

Like I said in another thread, I would love to see a subway. Having a underground part in the
town would be really cool, like a place which is kinda creepy and dark at the beginning but can
be changed to a much better looking place if you donate bells for a "Make our subway prettier!"
project at the town hall (or something like this).

Otherwise, I wouldn't mind if the train station comes back, but maybe in a different look. Would
be cool if the train station and the train itself having the same look then back in the Game Cube
version.

Hot air balloons would be fun but I don't think they'll do it because of the make believe video.

A classic train or a ferry would be cool. I don't really like the idea of a plane unless it likes a small old style one.

I always thought of an Airport as the next way of transportation. Yet most of you would say that it would be too modern for a forest. But need I tell you that we can build modern PWPS?

I still like the transportation from New Leaf, and maybe there’ll be no changes to the transportation at all.

The hot air balloon idea is neat. I can almost imagine that being in the next game. I'm not sure what kind of transportation I would like to see. Anything is fine with me as long as I get to my destination. XD

i'd prefer either the classic train or bus! although, if they do add a method of transportation, i feel like a train would be most memorable and cozy. there's something about traveling in AC via train that's so wonderful.

Either the car or train. The train is pretty nostalgic imo. How it rained in the start of Wild World really set the atmosphere too.
