What does Cycling mean?

Okay, so I've been on TBTF for quite some time, but yet I still never understood "cycling". Could someone please explain?

it means you're cycling out villagers in a town.

each town is on a villager cycle, and people can speed that up to get new villagers in and kick other villagers out.

It's when someone frequently moves out villagers. They give a villager to someone who wants them, then they continue cycling. It's a non-ending loop of moving villages out, and moving in villagers.

It when people 'cycle' or move out villagers quickly, in order to find their dreamies.

cycling is an efficient method of earning TBT and making people happy by giving them villagers. Cycling is basically just moving in villagers and then moving them out really quick.
