What happens to people who are rude and unfair acting?

If someone is rude or unfair, what happens to them?
Do they have to be reported, and then do they receive an infraction?

Just report them and they'll act accordingly. They'll probably infract people without reports, but I can't say for certain.

If somebody is being rude onsite then report them and the moderators will look through the reporting, then the person may receive an infraction or worst possible case, a ban. As for in game then you shouldn't need to report them. I hope I've been a help to you.

The best thing for you to do would be to report one of their rude posts. You do that by clicking the little triangle with the exclamation mark inside of it. You can do this with private messages and visitor messages as well.
