And by that i don't mean bribe her, i mean pay like 100k - 150k bells to evict them.
I felt like posting how the online economy would fall apart, strap in this may be long (i havent gotten to that yet when writing this so it could be short idk).

I hope to make the What if : blank a series i do of different thing in the game
Lets start
So imagine ACNH just released, and Trading villagers is at a high some people even trading with real world money.
Nintendo wanted to stop this (ACNH development team mostly), so in the Controversial 1.6.1 update they added a feature where you could pay isabelle to move a villager to a new island.(the island is not real, the process just incites the moving out)
You still can trade a villager in boxes but with the process costing much less than a villager hunt you'd think this would make people trade more, but it devalued villagers costing on average 100k bells or 10 nmt's.
the caused online trading to fall into obscurity and become much less lucrative
*--------------------------------------------
in 2022 people had mostly forgotten about the update
but a massive data leak caused villager code to become public allowing for custom villagers on the island via data manipulation.
Nintendo tried to update the game to 2.1.0
The development team was just starting on a successor that was very far from complete, So only a few people were tasked with the massive exploit patch.
They could not make a new code system for villagers, as they would have to build the game from the ground up, but they had an idea to remove eviction from the game if the villager file was altered.
that made it harder to distribute custom villagers and everything went back to normal by quarantining the islands with alterred code, the game went back to normal and is how we know it today.
THE END
Thx for reading sorry im not the best writer but i tried my best
