?one of your villagers that moved out, but are on Main Street, move in after an auction, trade, etc.? Would that villager still be on Main Street? Would two of the same exact villager live in your town?

If you see a specific villager in main street, they cant move in. It means you havent cycled out 16 villagers for them to move in again. So you cant move them in until they disappear from main street.
