what is the true size[don't need help no more]

I already know about the settings tells you what is the limit size signature to have.
Even I had the right size signature and it wasn't to large but I still got a report on it anyways which was stupid, cause I did follow the rules. feels like belltree must hates my old halloween signature I use to have on display

So for reals what is the limit size then cause idk what this belltree is telling me.

iirc you're allowed to have an image that's max height and a single line of (default size or smaller) text underneath now, but it might have changed since i was last on here

yeah, they consolidated everything. so text lines aren't excluded anymore

Please read our rules for more information."

I'd say try clearing your cache, but I'm positive you join date wouldn't of even been a time when 500 pixel height signatures were allowed (if they ever were)

also, I mean, if you see users with sigs plainly too large, just.... report them? the staff can't see or respond to every user error at all times by themselves of course. especially on a forum of this magnitude

The height limit is 250 px including any text or spoilers so you must've had a signature bigger than that or the staff might have made a mistake.

max height has been 250 pixels for a while now, it says so in huge text above the edit signature box. your signature probably exceeded that if you're unsure how big your signature is you can check in microsoft paint or any other editing program.

staff might not have seen them, if you think a signature is too big report the post.

uh dude the settings you go to to change your signature, and I already seen the rules more then 3 times.
Also are you saying I joined a late timing when they want smaller signatures and not 500x size signatures or I was allowed to have a signature that is bigger then 250 pixel at that time?

I'm using the tool that measures everyone's signature. Firelight, your height is currently 150px high. You have 100px to spare, so you can make it that much bigger in an editing software (Photoshop, etc)...

that said I do wonder if the staff accidentally switched the pixel sizes for the uploader without realizing

since 500x150 uploader is very weird when you have a 250x715 limit (practically a reverse of each other)

that or it's just a vbulletin default and nobody ever bothered to edit in the acp

the message should be tied to forum specifications, so changing it would require changing forum functionality

which by all means I'm pretty positive they *should* be able to. but since I don't have acp access, I of course can't personally confirm

just use an image host like imgur or something and then add in using the edit box with the
