what item is this?

hi!
i for the life of me cannot remember the name of an item i saw in aika village (y'know the popular horror town).

it was in the library house, and as you got closer to it, it's high pitched beep would get louder and louder? it's a very creepy item and is sort of off putting.

if anyone knows what its called (and possibly has it) let me know!

if you have it and would like to let me catalog it, let me know outside of this thread. : )
