Name changes and a few other things if I remember right. I think you can also trade them for AC items on the AC portion of the forum, but I don't browse it very much so don't quote me on it

Pretty much nothing right now. When the shop is released you'll be able to buy a whole plethora of upgrades for your account on the forum, such as a larger avatar size, your own group, etc.
