What will your character be for Halloween?

What are your ideas for character dress-up for Halloween? I’m starting to look through custom designs for something interesting. Not sure what I’ll do yet.

So, through October, I dress my character differently daily to go through all the endless costume possibilities. There is just too much to choose from to leave it to Oct 31. He’ll be a pirate, astronaut, bat, scarecrow, etc. it is really fun.

Since I played last year, this year I will go as Jack. Yes, I know its not very creative but I just love the villager reactions when they see your costume for the first time as Jack. They are truly and deeply mortified of Jack and it makes me wonder what kind of things Jack is known for in the AC universe. Well, it will be fun. This time I will carry a Spooky Treats Basket while I'm doing the Halloween event.

Im trying to change costumes throughout the month, but for the 31st i may use my mage outfit items

Probably just a mage. I would use Jack's Robe, but I already have another villager on the island who rocks that thing all year long!

Last year, my character was dressed up as a hockey player. He wore a hockey jersey with a hockey mask. The vaulting pole also looks like a hockey stick at certain angles, so I would have him carry that sometimes.

I did a mage last year. I haven't finalized it yet, but I might do a pirate queen this year. Or maybe a black cat, since I won't be working/dressing up as that IRL.

I like to stick to in-game clothing, so my options are more limited. I think my main character will reuse her black cat costume from last year (her name is Cat, so...), Doug will be a superhero or maybe a wrestler, Bunny will be a princess, maybe Princess Peach, Marlin will be a pirate, and Raven will be a witch. Of course, that's not a costume for her, but it'll be fitting at least

I did not know this about the villager reactions to Jack. I may have to try this!
I remember I really enjoyed interacting w the villagers on Halloween last year.

i don't know if i'll actually play the event, but i'll probably dress up for my daily tasks. i wear both these outfits occasionally anyway, but i might go with monika/MC from DDLC or ashley from until dawn since i made a custom design of her beanie, and you can make a loose replica of her outfit using in-game clothing items.

I just put on something different and festive every day. The devil horns make it into a surprising amount of my outfits.

I came up with some movie themed costumes last year like Willy Wonka and The Bride from Kill Bill Vol.1.A Mr.Spock costume is a possibility if that bowl cut hairdo from New Leaf is also in New Horizons.

I was thinking either a zombie nurse or maid. But I'd use some custom designs than the default clothing.

I'm not really sure to be honest. I think I was a mage last year, so I do want to do something different from that. But I also dress up as different things at random times throughout the month. Maybe for Halloween itself this year I'll be a sailor, or a ninja or something.

I'm becoming Ansem "The seeker of Darkness" from Kingdom Hearts 1. I changed my hair to gray and gave myself yellow eyes. Its not perfect, but yeah.
