I've never really bothered to ask or read much about it, but what's so special about TBT besides being able to change your user and such?

well I mean being a forum that isn't completely dead af while also not being some super majorly popular forum has to have something going for it

I'm confused sorry, do you mean the currency or the forum? I tried going off the OP, but either would work lol

easily offended tumblrinas

I'd say if you stay away from useless debate threads most people are friendly to help you with the games since people are still playing that and other games that are pretty popular. And yeah it's not dead and has a more laid-back attitude than say ACC.

I do enjoy earning tbt for posting and using it for fun collectibles. Everyone is also very nice here and it is fun to trade with people.

Ah, didn't know about the in game stuff. It makes sense.

Aye, I've gotten lots of stuff from the user run shops. A lot of the region specific or time specific stuff, hybrid flowers from people's gardens, bagged clovers, etc

I've just been saving mine up for the incoming switch title

Definitely think this thread is about the currency.

I have also been saving up for the Switch title. Although I'm not going to buy my way to victory it'll at least be nice to have on hand.

Well TBT has alot more features going for it than other forums cough ACC. I mean the Finding QR section is a god send for me. The website itself also has alot more design put into it.

What qualifies someone as a tumblrina?

For me it's simply the collectibles/currency this forum has. Another thing that's neat is how there's events for members to participate in.

If you're comparing it to the Animal Crossing subreddits it is more of a format/layout preference. Reddit makes it hard to keep older threads active for longer, so things like shops aren't as easy. TBT also has a bit of continuity when it comes to the community.
