Mine is Six Crimson Cranes by Elizabeth Lim (already purchased the sequel and prequeal The Dragons Promise and Her Radiant Curse respectively)

I also like reading The Midnight House by Amanda Geard, Eloise by Judy Finnigan and Vera Wong's Unsolicited Advice for Murderers by Jesse Sutanto

Do you mean any books written in English or English as in books written by British writers? I’ll just guess the latter.

The Black Flamingo by Dean Atta is mine. It’s a book by a poet from England about a mixed race teen in England entering the drag scene and coming to terms with his identity. It’s very short, but left a real impact on me as someone who’s also done drag.

The Stand. I cut through a chunk of that book on a 4 hour train ride in New York. Ironically during COVID. (the book is about a pandemic).
