what is a typical day in acpcc for you?

by that i mean, how often do you open the app? do you consistently check in every 3 hours, or do you play here and there?

when you play, do you stay for a while and play the events, fish, and catch a bunch of bugs, or do you only pop in to see if there’s an event you like and leave if not?

speaking of, when there’s an event going on, do you play more often? do you play more for the fishing events? flowers? or do you prefer scouring for gyroids when you can?

i don’t think there’s a post already made about this, and i thought it could be an interesting topic to have here! answer any questions you feel like answering, since i listed a lot. i’m just curious about everyone else’s schedules lol

as for me, i’ve been really spotty in the past with activity, but i want to start playing every 3-6 hours, just to keep up with events and not have to farm them near the end 😭

I check in daily 2 or 3 times, during the weekends a little more often.

Daily chores are generally: collect stuff from my camp caretaker, collect from and send out a gullivers boat, check the visitor items, do some HHA and maybe craft some stuff, eat some cookies, check whistle pass for gifts and maybe enter quarry.

Ofcourse i also do event stuff almost daily, but nowadays also only 1 or 2 times a day, since its so easy to complete anyway. I haven't been scavenging for gyroids for 3 days because i already got everything i wanted and was to busy anyway.

When i have more time in the weekends or evenings, i maybe spend time looking for certain items, give candy to level up and/or decorate a bit :)

I used to buy all fish etc for requests from the marketplace, i really dont like getting it all myself 🥲🥲🥲 so i only go scavenging and completing requests when I'm really bored, like when I'm waiting for the train or cant sleep at night lol. Leveling up has been going fast enoug for now by just giving out candy anyways.

i'm a lot spottier with complete than i was the original app and definitely play less overall. i usually open it first thing in the morning and do all the dailies -- open cookies, send out gulliver, complete that rotation's requests, speak to my caretaker and get my gift from whistle pass. if there's an event, i also do that rotation's fish or bugs. i don't feel the need to do the quarry much, usually only if it's reissue material as i keep running low on that. i try to check in just before every rotation, usually fifteen minutes before the turnover which i spend going from main camp to the cabin and then to the orchard to replenish fruit for the next set of requests, then rinse and repeat fifteen minutes before the next turnover, but with complete, i keep forgetting to check in each time. having a camp caretaker has made me more complacent for sure, but since they don't give the visitors xp iirc, i'm trying to keep the habit of fulfilling the requests myself.

i also find there isn't much need to be on top of it because the events are so easy now. i love that for people who can only check in maybe once a day, but i remember finishing the fishing tourney by the end of day two, maybe, even without the golden fishing rod and missing several turnovers. same with the gardening event, and although i did go to the quarry twice or so for the gyroidite event (because i wasn't picking many up), i think i could've done that just fine without the quarry, too.
