My favorite kind of food is chinese but since it's not always the healthiest I try to limit how often I eat it.
You should find actual chinese recipes o-o - seasoning staples are soy sauce, sugar, and corn starch, there's nothing unhealthy about chinese food unless you're talking about westernized dishes (deep fried things).
I don't think I'd like eating the same thing every day cause I like so many foods, so I guess one day of amazing food for me would be: (keep in mind this is not realistic)
Breakfast:
Small bowl of abalone and pork congee + Chinese donut
Eggs benedict or soy sauce fried noodles I can't choose ;w;
Sausage and Bacon
Peach slices
Drink: A bottle of Yakult and a glass of orange juice
Lunch:
A really good macaroni and cheese
Pan fried pork and chive dumplings, or chiu chow dumpling
Man tou with condensed milk
Put chai ko
Drink: Water
Dinner:
A REALLY GOOD CUT OF STEAK *v*
Maybe some garlic mashed potatoes
Eggplant and minced pork! (Or no minced pork.. just Chinese style eggplant dish)
Some grilled zucchini?
A lil bit of fettucine alfredo
Drink: Iced Tea
Dessert: (I don't usually have dessert after dinner, but might as well!)

Drink: Milk tea with pearls and grass jelly
