This is a tough question since I like to think I'm getting better at designing houses; I'll just list some of my favorites.
Resident: Kiki
Design Name: The Quest Giver
Design #: 0098-7734-075
This design was inspired by Dragon Age: Inquisition; I based the outside on a random campsite in the game and the interior, I combined a couple of rooms at Skyhold into the main room. Upstairs is Cullen's bedroom.
Resident: Claude
Design Name: E3 Conference
Design #: 0701-7752-200
This idea of building an E3 Conference belongs to spamurai, who was very kind to let me use his idea for one of my houses. I based the exterior on what the building actually looks like, with a small FFX reference (there's another one at the entrance inside); the table with the bear and star represents a souvenir stand. Inside, I made a gaming room, a conference room, and the admission area where you can buy souvenirs from the official merchandise store.

Design Name: A Gracie Shrine

This design I decided to stick to Frobert's request, but I decided to make it literally a shrine to Gracie. I really enjoyed designing this house.

This design I made into a Civil War battlefield's souvenir store (I'm a huge history enthusiast); inside, I based the back room on one of Robert E. Lee's bedrooms in Arlington House. The exterior isn't my best, but I kept it simple and loosely based it on what it looked like at the few battlefields that I have visited.

Great use of the outdoor corner spaces with the flower mesh wall and white bench! I always have a hard time filling those parts up haha! I liked your back room the best, it feels very cozy The vanity in her bedroom seems to be missing a chair to sit on though! Gave it 3 Cutes, 1 Cool and 2 I'd live here!

I totally got that FFX reference with the statues to the blitzball stadiu- I mean, the E3 concert hehe! The conference room on the right was great! I left 3 Cool, 2 Unique!
Can't wait to check out the houses in this thread after this post!
