They're all QUEENS in my book but here we are
I don't mind the personality besides how quickly they get annoyed with you for talking to them again. Love them besides that, but I hate many of the designs.
S Tier
Reneigh is the Queen of the Sisterly villagers, love the whole package and she is probably the safest islander on my islander in terms of staying forever simply cause none of the others come close to being a home run design like she is.
A Tier
Pashmina has grown on me quite a bit just seeing her in dreams and whatnot. She's one of the best goats and is likely going to be my Goat rep at some point even though I won't likely keep her.
Muffy is very unique and appreciated for that. She was probably going to be my Sheep rep, but I got into the Sanrio hype and bought a Etoile card.
Phoebe is a bit more yellow than what I'd like, but I almost took her on a very long hunt. I left her behind cause my friend wanted her more and got Reneigh on my next ticket.
Agnes is a very solid Pig villager and pretty cute. My only down points on her is her white lipstick and her pet stuff in her home since there are no pets in the game which makes the pet stuff seem rather empty and pointless.
B Tier
Diva is the second best female Frog in my honest opinion and a lovely shade of purple. Her "hair" doesn't bother me too much since it looks like a marking more so than say Gigi's.
Fuchsia could of been a great home run for me without that blasted hair as it just fully pushes her colors to be too much. I like her though.
Hazel gets by simply with how cute the Squirrel's designs are. She is also unique. But overall not that impressed and her home interior is bleh.
Ursala has grown on my but still not someone I'm eager to run into.
Cherry's side mouth is a crime. And yes, she is trying too hard to be edgy.
Katt is ugly, but she is that type of ugly that grows on you.
Deirdre is worst base game Deer. Just meh.
Shari's paws are too much. Not sure if the real life ones are yellow cause of the urine though? I read up on it and seems they do wash in their urine, but it never mentions the fur being dyed from urine just as yellow fur.
Plucky is alright, not that big on the Chickens and overall uninteresting.
Frita is fun and clever, but it's a bit much for me.
Flo is one of three female purple Penguins, thus she kind of is forgettable as they don't really have too much to really strike them apart from eachother.
C Tier
Rocket was my Starter. She plagued my island for months, and she is easily my most antagonistic Villager I've had on my island. I even found her peering into my windows one night and once we spotted each other... she casually walked off. But to be fair with all the negativity with her... it easily made her a very memorable experience for my first Animal Crossing game. I appreciate that.
Mira. Crooked mouth. Colors put to 100%. Too much.
Charlise looks like a Middle or High School coach who is very hard on her students while also not being nearly fit enough to be so demanding of her students while she shoves doughnuts in her mouth on the sidelines.
Paula is unsettling. Something about her just feels wrong.
D Tier
Canberra hasn't grown on me like some of the other villagers I found made to be ugly like Katt. She is still just ugly. And mean.
Tammy is Charlise's daughter and is a major high school bully who thinks she's a lot more than she is and piles on the make up more than the ladies and gentlemen of the street corners.
Renee looks like one of those girls who seem to dress friendly and welcoming till you get close to her and see she wants to murder you with those cold, dead eyes.
Sylvia... KARENROO. Doesn't help with the clone baby that will mimic her and has her hideous color scheme and hair.

The girls in S tier are my queens, especially Fuchsia and Agnes<3
I like Hazel, because she reminds me of Frieda Kahlo, but she destroyed my orange rose garden with her house back in New Leaf. Couldn’t stand to look at her ever since. If it wasn’t for that, she’d have been in B tier easy.

I want to like more of these villagers because their personality type is one of my favorites, but I feel like the developers thought that being, I dunno, straightforward (???) wasn’t “girly” enough so they compensated with a lot of bright pink, eyelashes, hair, and lipstick for this group, and I’m not really a fan of the more human-looking villager characteristics.

I really love doing this, so fun & cathartic lol.
Canberra was my enemy no.1 from NL. She was just always rude & I thought the more you get to know her she'll be nicer, nope! Then when I created my 3 male alts she was really friendly & flirty, calling them handsome. So the rudeness was just towards my female mayor wow.
Love Muffy, my NH starter!! Love Reneigh too, only got rid of her since her dialogue was the same as Muffy's. I'd love to have Agnes one day.
Left one row blank cuz I don't really like sisterly type in general, so I only like very few of them.
Phoebe I got consistently when I kept resetting on my first day of getting the game, in my quest to get Dom as a starter so she became annoying that way to me, though I think she's beautiful lol.

Yay another tier thing to have fun with. Here's mine!
Hazel is and will forever be my No. 1 Uchi, followed by Charlise. Canberra became more likeable for me thanks to NH. Kinda started to dislike Rocket and Mira more, I don't know why but I don't like them as much as I did back then.
similar to the smug villagers, i haven’t had many of the sisterly/uchi villagers aside from the ones in the top tiers, but i actually really like them! their designs are all pretty great for the most part and i enjoy their dialogue as well!
my newest favourite of this tier is frita - despite being in the top tier, i’ve actually never had her, but i’d certainly like to one day! i’m a sucker for the food-themed villagers and she’s absolutely adorable! i can’t believe that i overlooked her for so many years. :’o
diva’s a pretty new favourite of mine as well! i usually would just toss her in the bottom tier as i honestly wasn’t really fond of her back in new leaf, but she’s grown on me a bit after seeing her in-game and creating some art of her! she’s actually really pretty and i’d be down to have her on my island one day!
reneigh’s essentially my henry of this personality as i judged her pretty harshly and disliked her before even giving her a chance. i’m trying to correct that, though, and would love to have her and get to know her one day, as she doesn’t seem bad at all! in fact, she’s very pretty and i imagine that i’d like having her around. :’)
overall, i honestly love the majority of the sisterly/uchi villagers, even ones that i’ve never had before! i look forward to getting to know the ones that i haven’t yet — especially frita, ursala, diva, flo, reneigh and maybe even sylvia, as i honestly wasn’t sure which tier to put her in.
also, if i spell “ursala” as “ursula” one more time i s2g-

Similar to my response in the smug thread, there seems to be just a couple of characters here that I really adore, and the rest are ones that I'm not interested in at all. It's really kind of difficult for me to rank these in so many different categories because it's really either a "like or dislike" for me. Trying to decide to what degree I like or dislike these guys has caused me to put more thought into this
