ive gotten my silver net and silver rod. he sells them on very rare occasion. also, if you want a silver watering can, then buy 50 packs of flower seeds.

You can only get Silver Nets, Rod, and slingshots at Nook. They come after the second upgrade. They appear very rarely. I have had the game since Christmas, got a upgrade straightaway, and I have only seen two silver nets, and a silver slingshot.
