Pokémon where am I in the delta episode?

So, I haven't played AS in like forever, and I guess I stopped while doing the delta episode and now I have no idea what I have and haven't done, and what I need to do to get back on track. When I go to Steven at the Space Center, he says

"Confound it all... so she must be making for team aquas hideout next."

I go to the hideout, looks like I've already completed it, like the suit is gone and everything. So I guess I don't know what to do from here? I've been trying to follow a guide to pick up where I left off but I can't seem to figure it out, it's been so long I'm not sure what I have and haven't done. pls hlp lol

Go to the room with the leader of the red guys (MAXIE I REMEMBERED MAXIE) and you'll find Zinnia.
