where can i get wands?

You will have to find Celeste during night time (sometimes she appears) and if you do talk to her and you'll get a DIY for a Star Wand. It requires star fragments and the only way to get them is to wish on a star during the night time. If you see a shooting star in the sky push down on the left analog stick and then press "A" to make a wish. The more wishes you do the more star fragments you get.

Its important to note that they only appear the next day on the beach so keep an eye out for them. They will also keep coming during the day so just keep checking back. Once you have enough fragments you can start crafting the Star Wand. Also there are many variety of wand DIY in the game but just to let you know they all work and function the same way so it depends on what you're looking for.

you can also get them by going to Kapp'n island tours and getting the shooting star island. They can be in the bottles on the beach on those islands.

Although its RNG based because sometimes it may not appear and may end up getting a different island.

You can also use Etoile's amiibo card to unlock the Kiki and Lala set, and get the Kiki and Lala wand, or you can use points from Fishing Tourneys or Bug-Offs to try and get the bug wand or fish wand

I 2nd what pottercrossing said, that's probably the easiest way to get wands other than having to wait for celeste/shooting stars and thats only by chance. I have Etoile's card and a couple extra wands in my storage from events if you need some, I would happily drop a couple off :3 just send me a DM if so

Oh yeah I forgot that was even a thing. Kinda makes the other DIY wands pointless since you can just get the Kiki and Lala wand from Nook Shopping after scanning Etolie's amiibo card.
