Where do you get an Ogres mask?

I have seen several people with them, but I want to know how people get them? Do you have to have a friend that lives in Japan?

yeah, in japan they have this throw rice at monsters to ward them away day apparently and thats the story of the ogre mask...

I got mine from somebody else....The masks are a japan only item that can be recieved during a special Japan Only Holiday that occurred around a week ago
