Where is club LOL?

Dr. Shrunk came to my house about 3-4 days ago...but I got thr signatures and all, but where is it? Theres no blue tarp on it. It just stayed the same

It appears about a week, maybe even longer after you get all the signatures. No blue tarp will ever appear over the Club, it will just appear.
