Sorry in advance, I am still new here so I'm not sure the best place for this.

Where should I put a shop for offering services for editing screen shots for people?
I feel like that is something people would like since some people don't know how to edit nice screenshots.
But I don't know what the best forum is for a shop like that.

Is the Museum Shop the best place for this type of shop?

I'd say the museum shop is the best place for it. Just be careful what kind of things you edit for people. It could be abused.

Okay that's what I thought but for whatever reason started questioning it.
And yeah I'm aware of that.
I'll have some kind of rules in place of "I will only edit your own photos and pictures" or something similar and make sure it's actually their own screenshots and such.

That, and someone could want to edit something to tarnish the image of someone else. I'm sure you've thought of this, too, though.

Yeah. I wouldn't do anything that would be inappropriate/harming to other people. It'd basically be editing screenshots to make them more aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Or at least that's what I have in mind of doing.
