Well... of course, the Invisionfree Skin Zone is always a great place to start if you need any type of assistance about skins or skinning... :r
In other words, I may not be the best guy to talk to about skins, though I know the basics about message board management, I do know several places to go to for expert assistance. You can find much information about forum skins at, as previously stated, the Invisionfree Skin Zone. It has an elaborate collection of many unique types of skins for use on your forum. IFSZ even provides instructions to create your own skin, if need be.
While I'm uncertain, I am going to guess this particular skin was a custom made skin specifically for this forum, The Bell Tree, and they also have three other skins for different seasons. I doubt you could use them, but I'm sure the IFSZ has some skin that is similar to this one.
