100k means nothing. It just shows poeple post a lot. It doen't show what they post. I would rather see 20,000 posts with all good posts then 200,000 posts with half spam posts

Permission Masks don't change things for Board Offline thing.

Yes. The permission masks just control what boards they can go into and post in.
