I already have more than 3 villagers registered as true frirends but none of them gave me their photo

Same for me, I think it depends on RNG at this point since it's not every time your favourite villagers will ping you for a treasure hunt or ask you for a favour. Good luck though!

I really wish that there was a friendship level indicator. Other games have them - usually rows of hearts.

All u have to do is go to Harveys island and add ur villagers into the photos . That should work . If u have amiibo cards u get a option to buy posters after u scan them at Harveys island

You got to go to Harv's island and place them down in there as if you are going to take a picture. I just left them all in the room then left the house and his island to make sure. When you return to your own island, Harv gives you a call and basically says 'Hey man, thanks for introducing me to all those cool people, I took pictures of them for you, you can buy them in your Nook Shopping', and then ta-da, you have villager posters! ^w^ It also works for any villagers you add to Harv's island with amiibo cards. Just hit the right arrow like you are accessing your storage, scroll to the villager setting, place em all down and then leave. You can even do this with villagers who are in boxes and not full moved in or out of your island!

I just got my first photos (2 in a row) yesterday from Hamlet and Apple. I've gave them wrapped present everyday, for hamlet I gave item that sounds/looks sporty and mostly pink stuffs for Apple. Yesterday, after gave them their usual presents they both gave me back their photo

Just wanted to clarify that the posters you get from Harv's island are different to the villager pictures you can get after getting your friendship level high enough.

I get where you are coming from, but I find this really funny since this is one of the main criticisms from Pocket Camp! Before NH came out, there were a lot of people afraid that we were going to have a friendship indicator like PC had.

I have Cherry's photo and I'm not sure how I got it, considering she's one of my least favorite villagers I have. I mean, I did give them all gifts almost every day. I guess maybe it's because I've had her the longest (she was a starting villager).
