Why Am I Cursed?

Three villager trades I managed to set up yesterday, and not one of them worked out D=

The first was an auction for Skye that I won, at which point the seller sent me a PM that I won, then sent another one that there had been a higher bidder five minutes later (after the auction was over).

The second was someone selling Freya, and I bought her, only to have them try to TT her into boxes and then overshoot, sending her into the void.

The third was just an auction that I lost, but it felt like lemon juice in paper cuts after all that.

So what's up? Have I just been having terrible luck, or are the forces of animal crossing evil pitted against me?
Sigh... I guess I just wanted to vent. I'll apologize in advance to anyone reading XD

Me too :c. I was going to get Bones the other day, but the host was having internet problems. Two other people have also bailed when I was supposed to get a villager from them. *sighs*

Me too. I unexpectedly won Julian from a guessing game, and I did that for my friend. Unfortunately neither of us have slot at that moment! I was waiting for someone to pick up Curly(in 5-6hours time) and she have none! So we ended up giving Julian to someone else...sadly, won but couldn't claim the prize. Later, lots of people came up with thread of my dreamies! I still couldn't get them as Curly still hasn't be claim, I have Iggly adopted by a kind someone who willing to hold him for me, but until now she still couldn't TT him out and no more reply since then *my slot already open*, now I thought maybe I get another dreamie first, Roald, someone accepted my offer but AGAIN! no news when Roald gonna be in box. I not sure how long my slot can be open until some trespasser move in, and kinda afraid to visit anyone's town!

I actually just won an auction for Lucky at a reasonable price, only to PM the person and find out that he was neither in boxes nor had even pinged them to move -_-
I don't even think that they TT, sooooo. Why the auction and the dashed hopes? *sigh*
