Why can’t I build an incline here?

the only thing I can think of right away is maybe you need to remove the yellow tulips on the cliff.

Try varying how close you are to the cliff. I have no idea why, but sometimes I would have to get closer to the cliff before it would let me build an incline.

u need to have two tiles of cliff in the space where you want to build it
