Why do people over price items? It's all about the profit, if you are wondering. I never overprice items. Instead, I set them at the exact price,or lower. Hey, it's how business works. I don't care about profit, I just want to get the nice people in the world the stuff they want, for no extra, unless you are one of my really close friends, I get it to you for FREE!

For non-orderable items, I just set the price that seemed just fine. I love making people happy, not breaking their spirits by ruining their chances of having an item they were so long seeking for.

I agree mostly. I think villager prices are ridiculous. 5 million and beyond for Marshal. Like lol no.

As for items, I don't mind selling/paying a little over but sometimes it gets too high

Yeah, I know right? Especially when you start to bid... then you can't stop, then you end up being broke because of a villager you loved...
