Why didn't i get to go to some famous person's town?

Why didn't i get to have a fun time with you guys?

Why does not much people play any more?

Yep, i missed ALOT of what you famous ppl did, Holding birthday partys, Having fun events, that was only 2 years ago! And i miss the summer of '09, Things are not the Same Now :(

Famous people? If you mean users hat have been around for a long time, they probably stopped playing for the same reason I did. You can only catch all the bugs and fish so many times. You can only Deliver packages a few times before its boring. You can only have friends over a few times before it loses its extreme amount of enjoyment. Animal Crossing is a life simulator. After you do so many things in real life they begin to get boring. Like going to work, etc. Animal Crossing just gets boring. Sure, some people might get sucked back into it. But, that only lasts for 4-6 months at the most. Animal Crossing just gets boring. You can only do so much, so many times.

I had my ACCF for 4 years and I got bored of it,then restarted my town and went back to it,then got bored again,I restored my town again, then got bored of it.I restarted my town once more and signed up to TBT,The town I have so far is the farthest I've gone in ACCF.

I still play daily. The only reason my gates haven't been open is because the base Wi-fi has a strict NAT type, which makes online play on the Wii next to impossible for extended periods of time. I may experiment with it in another week or two to try again, though. You're more than welcome to stop by.

People are bored of it, that's all. There are other games to play, other things to do... But don't worry, Animal Crossing 3DS will have people playing again. I expect AC3DS to have a more active online community, too. Not only because Friend Codes have been made much simpler, but also because it's a handheld game, making it much easier to pick up and play everyday. I played Wild World much more than I've played City Folk, mainly because it was handheld.

I stopped because it was boring and my disk broke. I had done like everything there was to do. Yeahhhhh... but i still play WW for some reason.

i know how it's boring:1.u tlk to animals to get something or give 2.make animals mad sad and talk to eachother 3. THEIR WEAKNESS IS NO4.THEY'RE DUMBASSES AND 5. THE MUSIC ****ing loops and the top thing why accf is boring is that your house is shiz

Everyone got bored of it because it has been out for more than 2 years and you do the same thing over and over again. I'm sure when Animal Crossing 3DS comes out, the forum will be BLOWING up like crazy. Don't worry, it'll be all over probably in January. :)

I've been waiting 3 years to get this game

People quit playing this game for the same reason they quit playing other games; it's old. When you've had it since the release date, new games come out and you move on. Besides, you can only do so much before it gets repetitive... I still play, VERY RARELY, only when I'm meeting up with some old friends for the heck of it, but I barely get on even then. Each game has a lifespan and, once it's served you its purpose, it's time to let it go and move on.
