Why does TBTF not work on my computer?

I'm currently typing this on my tiny smartphones screen so I apologize for any typos that may happen.

For the last couple days, TBTF randomly dies on my computer. I get

The www.belltreeforums.com page isn't working.
www.belltreeforums.com isn't able to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500

Usually I could go on incognito and it would work, but today that stopped working too. I asked my boyfriend (who lives states away, if location matters in this problem somehow) to go on the website and he got the same error.

It's currently working on my phone, though it's horrible to try to naviagte on it. Does anyone know the problem? Solution? I'm super upset I use this website alllllllll day lol

tbh I thought this was about the tbt fair and was really confused as a result


try clearing cache?

though it's possibly also a server-side issue that you just need to wait out

It's the site. Everyone's been seeming to get connection errors lately along with lots of Resetti pop-ups. Not just you, fortunately Do try clearing your cache like Lambda recommended if you haven't yet

Same here wtf. I can access all pages just fine EXCEPT for the Forum Home. I literally had to type "TBT Forums HQ" on google in order to get to this section. Does anyone know when this can be fixed? I'm at least relieved it's not my computer's fault...

I cleared the cache and now it works! :~D

My pop ups weren't Resetti pop ups, mine were a blank white background with big black text. I tried opening TBTF two minutes ago, didn't work, so I tried the "clear your cache" thing, then tried again and it opened right up.
