Why hasnt the bunny come to my island?!

I dont get it.. sure I just started a free days ago but the bunny was supposed to appear on april 1st so what's the deal!?!?!? The cherry blossoms came but no bunny...

I'm on april 1st now and all my baby flowers bloomed... hoping to find this bunny! And I'm planning to reset my town cause I'm not fond of my map

You have to be connected to the Internet or Bunny Day won't begin in your town. I think it's just a one time thing where you have to log into the Internet to get the data for Bunny Day, but I'm always connected so I could be wrong.

Not really..... :[ unless I drive somewhere and find it ina parking lot.. but because I set the day back to April 1st not only did all the flowers bloom but the trees grew and the bridge was completed like magic and all the peaches were back and theres more Fossils and probably more stones and everything now it seems

My phones not connected to a network specifically cause there isn't one at my house but it still is online using data.. could I somehow hook it up through my phones data??

Sometimes he hides really well. A lot of the NPCs seem to be really hard to find for me. Daisy-Mae, Hopper, and CJ are the ones who like to hide in the deepest crevices in my island so far, I just have to search hard

Yeah if you can't update the game or get access to wifi unfortunately you can't do the event. This also means you're still in an earlier version of the game where the balloon glitch isn't fixed yet, so please try to go to a place with public wifi so you can update it. :c

If you have a data plan on your phone you can use your phone as a mobile hotspot/tethering to enable your switch to go online.

But I heard that it's impossible to set the clocks back when connected to wifi and u need wifi for the update and it syncs the clock so u cant get the bunny unless it really is april first.. but what if I connect to wifi do the update then I change the day when not connected to wifi?? I geuss time traveling is still a thing......
