Im starting to ger more and more addicted to this game. Recently the thougth have struck me that i could have more Than one game. But the games arent cheap so... You players who have two games, Can you tell me the benefits you se in it and how its worth the buy for you? :)

I have 2 games/2 3ds. I don't play on-line with others. I like having twice as many stores to buy from, and the other game can just catalog the items I get. A town I can take Katie to at a moments notice. Design the two towns differently. Have more villager friends. More rooms to decorate (I have 4 characters in each of my towns, so I have 48 rooms plus 8 museum rooms to put things into). It does take some extra time, but I like it.

Thank you for answering me ^_^ i dont want to tell why i have started to think about getting another copy yet but one of the many things im thinking about is the fact that i Can get to know more villagers ^_^

1) more mule characters for storage
2) you can cycle for your own dreamies and move them to your main town
3) you can have 2 separate theme towns
4) you have another town for katie, petitions, etc
5) more villagers to talk to
6) you can use one town for trading with other people (for ppl who don't want a 10th villager moving in their main town or people ruining their hybrids, etc)

it's really helpful having a 2nd game in my opinion but only if you can afford it.

.... I think ill do it... I Can afford it and its like sholee says: i want ? town where i dont have to Care so mutch about hybrids and having everything perfect. I want a town where i Can TT whitout worrying about destroying the grass. It would be nice to have one town for design and beauty and one town for experiencing diferent caracters faster Than the game was suposed to make me.... ? game where i could run around and toss My stuff everywhere and dont Care about the mess... Am i wrong thinking like this?

I love having a second game - another thing you can do is to use different PWPs, and to build more or less. My second town is much more like a park....I have no Roost or police station and I like it that way. But only because I have them in my main town so I can experience them. And I build very different PWPs -- monument type stuff, which I don't do in my main town at all. Although I did build the lighthouse because I have always loved it so.

noo you're not wrong at all! you can play the game however you like! My main town is neat and clean with no weeds and pretty however, my 2nd town where i trade items is a MESS! Theres weeds everywhere and i have items all over the floor and plaza because i'm such a hoarder ahahah.

I ran and bougth the game o_O letts se if i Will change My mins or not. Now im happy. This mayor Will be ? boy named Gandalf :p

I already did that, exactly for that reasons. And it really helps me and I enjoy both of my towns^^

yeah, you can keep reseting if you don't like the maps. If you like fishing, ponds are good but if you prefer more space, it'll be better to have 1-2 ponds instead.

I Love fishing and i was to fast to pic a map in my main town so i need this to have ponds to compensate. Will cycle before resetting thou... Got skye and i think She is popular so its a shame to just kill her :)

I got a second game and a second 3ds because I got so tired of losing in auctions for my dreamies. This was a few months ago before Pokemon came out and so the auctions were still crazy. Turns out I'm really enjoying having a second town, for a whole lot of reasons then I thought...

-you get to look for your dreamies. now, having said that, i've actually found only 1 in my town. there's 333 villagers, so it's really hard. most of my dreamies i got in giveaways or auctions. but the good thing about having a second town is, you always have room to take them right away and you just cycle them into your real town. once in a while a really popular villager moves in, in which case you can do a giveaway or if you are low on funds, auction them off. cycling itself is fun, you get to see different villagers come and go.

-trades can be done with your second town. if someone comes to your town, there's nothing to mess up. they can run around all they want! and there's no danger of some undesirable surprise villager moving into town... if that happens, you just cycle them out, no biggie.

-you get to run on grass! no fear of erosion

-any time there is a petition, you don't have to begging, you just go to your extra town.

-storage. i store all my items for trade in my second town.

-time traveling. you can let your town be overrun with weeds and then do weeding day, for example. you can see what summer is like. if you have 1 last bug missing, you can tt to that month to get it.

basically, it's a way to keep your "real town" pristine while doing all all of the above.

Yay! Im looking forward to it. I already have fun in the temporary town together with o'hare. He and Sky are gonna be freebies before i try to get ? better town map ^_^

I like all these reasons and use them all! I have more than one game and I LOVE it! Poor Mayor Betty Ann gets more stuff dumped in her town all over for days on end until I can find a place for it! LOL!

I also want to help get other people their dreamies.

If you can afford it, I think you'll love an extra town.

I got an extra town and named it Mirkwood. The mayor are Gandalf and when i have proceded a little more in the game im gonna created friends for him and name them Radagast and Saruman :p

I don't have 2 games, because I have so many other games I play that 1 game is plenty.

If I did have 2, I'd get the Japanese game as my second one. That way I could get more of the Japanese holiday items and also invite people over to enjoy the Japanese-only holidays. I do know some Japanese, plus I'm going to most likely buy a Japanese 3DS soon anyway thanks to a game coming out in January that will be Japan only (and there's already some Japan-only 3DS games I want too). If I did that, I'd also use it for helping people get dreamies reasons.

I play other games too but im the type of person who like to play short time and then play another game/do something other. That way i dont think two Towns Will be Any problem. And i wont have dreamies in the same way in My new town so if i dont play it every single day it wont matter that mutch. :)
