Why I love tbt.

Tbt is such an amazing site and I’m grateful for discovering it. The community here is amazing, and everyone here is so friendly. The mods do an incredible job of keeping tbt as a positive environment, and make this place kind of feel like a virtual home. This site is a place that makes you feel heard and welcome, and people here have a great sense of humor. This is one of the forums that I use the most, and it makes me feel like sticking around for all the fun, which never ends. So good job mods, and good job everyone else, for making this community so great.

I'm clearly a bit late to noticing this thread. The TBT community is very sweet, and the staff are so hard working! There are a lot kind, caring, genuine, fun and very talented people here. ❤

I actually really love this forum too. The mods have always been really nice and active (within reason of course, give them a reason to ban you, and they will), the events are always super well-thought-out, and it's just a really lovely community. I think people sometimes want controversy/tea but you can just go to twitter or... any social media website for that. lmao. I'm glad it's relatively drama-free here honestly. It's refreshing as heck.

Oh gosh, I'm sorry to hear that. Genuinely. I was thinking a little cliqueyness or the usual lameass passive-aggressive behaviour you see on forums. But that sounds pretty bad and I'm sorry you experienced that x

The worst I've seen is like 2 anti-vaxers but they got shut down instantly, I haven't seen any homophobia or transphobia on here at all

It really is a great place. It's the internet so there's bound to be some bad apples here and there but honestly this place is one of the most positive forums I've ever been on.

Forums are basically a more positive version of social media. Too bad social media is becoming more active and forums are becoming less active, but thankfully there are still a few good forums up and running.

TBT is an absolutely wonderful place if you actually don't surround yourself with so much negativity, however, sometimes you can't avoid the negativity which can be a bother. Usually, the amazing staff takes care of the problem when the discussion gets to that point. Still, though, the forum is super upbeat and I absolutely adore the positive people who make this forum such a lovely place to join.

I like that the moderators are really active in this forum, just like other members. ike that from what I saw mostly people can all be civil to eachother even if they disagree in something. The other users seems very nice.

Camp Bell Tree is my first event to participate in so far but it's fun. I like the events staff plan, creative and it helps for new people (and people like me who are not really new but never post because they are shy...) to get more into the community and not feeling awkward.
